The House kitchen, similar to the entire Banat region, is a twist on Hungarian, German, Serbian and traditional Romanian recipes, which serves as a nostalgic rediscovery of one's childhood delights.

When in season, we aim to use fresh ingredients and are supplied from local farms. Our tea is a special brew mixed from spices grown in the garden and pastries are made with apples, pears, and plums collected from our orchard.
